Completed Services: No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered.
After Service Initiation: Once we have begun work on your case refund will be granted on pro rata basis on the % of work undertaken

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original payment.
Inaccurate Information: No refunds will be provided if service failure results from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
In cases of technical payment errors resulting in duplicate charges or incorrect amounts, full refunds for the erroneous charges will be processed once verified.
